About Chef Noelle

At a very young age Chef Noelle Fanaris was drawn to the kitchen by her Italian Mother and Grandmother.  While teaching Noelle their family traditions, they were instrumental in developing her love of old country Italian style cooking. This love only intensified when as a young woman,  she traveled across Italy, and later the vineyards and farms of the Napa and Sonoma Valleys and the central coast of California.  Culinary tours inspired and solidified her desire to create wonderful food and unique recipes, and she began wowing her family and friends with her creations.
