Title & Ownership. For all transactions with Rustic Kitchen title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages pass to you in the U.S. state of fulfillment— California—when the order is tendered to tbdine.com. Sales tax is assessed in that fulfillment state – California.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance.
