Tuna Crudo

scarlet pear, basil pine nut pesto, radish, blood orange vinaigrette, Almond crusted goat cheese

2022 Chenin Blanc, Chen Vineyard, Adelaida District, Paso Robles

2nd course

Baked Crab-Stuffed Clams

pancetta, gruyere and cauliflower cheesecake, pomegranate romesco

2021 Grenache, Bassi Ranch Vineyard, San Luis Obispo Coast

Veal Meatball

smoked mozzarella polenta, blistered tomato, thyme marinated olives

2021 Points West Red, Paso Robles

Oven Roasted Ribeye

horseradish crust, rainbow baby carrots, rosemary butter

lobster bisque shot, lobster croquette

2020 Tannat, Paso Robles

Vegetarian option will be available but must be set at least 48 hours in advance via email to rustickitchenwla@gmail.com.

Wines subject to change – 1/2 glass (3oz) of each wine served during dinner service

 (9.5% Calif sales tax & 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill)

$30pp deposit required to reserve a seat – non-refundable – (although we may be able to issue you a credit if we can fill your seat with another guest)

    please start these dinners earlier 5:30 or 6pm…a 7pm start is just too late to start dinner!!!

      we moved the starting time to 6:30 actually. I don’t really see any wine dinners that start as early as you have requested, but I will take a poll of our repeat customers and see if an earlier start time is preferred. thanks for the feedback.

    I agree with Mark L—————-dinner at 7pm is too late! Would love a 5pm start time then dinner starting at 5:30.
